Craig Thomler has alerted us to some good advice from across the ditch. The NZ Government has published a very useful web tool kit. While some of it contains information already available in our own Web Guide, I particularly like the advice on handling social media mishaps. It’s a great, common sense guide to managing the risk and, if necessary, managing the issues, that the use of social media incurs for government.
