Finance is undertaking a review of the ICT Management Consultants Multi Use List (MCL) and the ICT Multi Use List (MUL) to understand further the effectiveness and patronage of these two ICT-based multi use lists.
As part of the review, we are seeking suppliers’ and agencies’ response to a simple survey. In addition to answering three basic questions, you will have the opportunity to provide comment. Your input will contribute to future decisions for the multi use lists for ICT goods and services.
Please download the linked file (agency or supplier), complete the survey and return to Finance via ictprocurement@finance.gov.au before 14 September 2012.
Agencies, please use this Excel file:

Suppliers, please use this Excel file:

The review process is expected to be completed by 5 October 2012. Until then, applications for inclusion on the MULs will be suspended. All information and documentation, with the exception of the application forms, will be available for use by agencies and suppliers on the respective MUL websites.
Update – 31 August 2012
Earlier yesterday an email was sent by mistake to suppliers advising that application for the ICT Management Consultant MUL will be suspended but the ICT MUL will continue to be available during the review.
This is incorrect. Applications to both MULs will be suspended during the review. A clarification email has been sent to the suppliers to this effect.
